Job Description:

As a Water Components Trader, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, negotiating, and managing the supply of water-related components for our laboratory. Your experience in trading, tendering, and dealing with water components will be essential in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trading and Sourcing: Identify and engage with suppliers of water components, including negotiating prices and terms to secure the best deals for the company.
• India mart Trading: Utilize India mart and other online platforms to source water components, manage listings, and handle transactions effectively.
• Tendering: Prepare and submit tender documents for procurement of water components, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of water components, ensuring timely replenishment and optimal stock levels.
• Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and changes in the water component industry to make informed trading decisions.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory, and supplier performance, and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in trading, preferably with a focus on water components.
• Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with India mart and other relevant online trading platforms.
• Tendering Skills: Experience in preparing and managing tender documents and processes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective negotiation and relationship management.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of water components and their applications is preferred.
