Job Description:

 Maintaining channel hygiene through one to one coordination with channel partners & sales team, Single point of contact for any kind of partner escalations.
 Facilitate the process for new Channel partners creation with all required documentation.
 Assigning monthly sales & stretch Target to the partners according to their potential.
 Accountable for monitoring monthly & weekly targets Vs Achievement.
 Transparency to channel partners & sales team about the programs, offers, claim process and payouts.
 Maintaining strict confidentiality related to partner records, ISP’s and other data
 Pending sales order review on a daily basis
 Coordination with different in-house departments like accounts, billing and sales team to process activity smoothly.
 Interaction with Channel Partners to process the Registrations, claims and billing
 Dealing with the finance team to process payout of partners and vendors.
 Preparation of documents like Performa invoice, PO, Quotations.
 Follow up for payment with the team and corporate.
 Follow up for stocks and shipments and PSO with an internal team.
