Job Description:
- Customer engagement: Understand Customer's design requirements, and provide expert advice on products, finishes, and customization options.
- Sales and lead generation: Generate leads, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Sales process management: Present product information, create quotations, and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including design, production, and installation, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Product and market knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and company offerings.
- Administrative tasks: Maintain accurate records, process sales transactions, and follow up with customers.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the furniture, modular furniture, interiors, or luxury retail sectors.
- Should have Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with interior design principles and products is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is often preferred.
