Quality Manager

Job Description:

 Oversee Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Validation processes.
 Manage regulatory documentation and obtain FDA approvals for new products.
 Review and verify Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
 Ensure product quality and consistency, maintaining accountability for output standards.
 Monitor and improve product yields across all SKUs.
 Lead and manage the QC & QA team at the plant level, ensuring effective day-to-day operations.
 Provide analytical support to resolve operational issues in the plant.
 Enforce in-process quality compliance and adherence to benchmark/master product samples.
 Standardize BMR for each SKU, approve finished bulk before packing, and ensure FG approval with
quality compliance.
 Maintain zero tolerance for finished goods defects, with stringent QC protocols for all raw and
packaging materials.
 Finalize packaging, labeling, and statutory/legal documentation with proper change control support.
 Develop and train new QC/QA teams for each packing line and bulk formulation, in collaboration with HR, to ensure complete quality coverage at every stage of production.
