Job Description:

Export Operations & Logistics :

• Responsible of Handling of Sea and Air shipment from various ports across India.
• Responsible of Handling of Port/Factory container stuffing's as per schedule.
• Managing the export/ import operations, keeping compliance with custom rules and regulations.
• Managing Export / Logistics - Co-ordination with Clearing Agents, CHA, Freight Forwarders, Nominated Agents, for booking and movement of containers, Rail operators, Inspection agencies and other external agencies for ensuring timely dispatch & clearance.
• Interfacing with factories /Production units/ Vendors for communication of Order execution, delivery schedules, developing production plans and following up for the same to ensure on time delivery of consignments at client's end.
• Responsible for entire planning and execution of order for Various Key Account (Coles, Target, Woolworth, etc, which includes, Making Online Booking on Buyer Web Based TOOLS/Software, Coordination with their nominated agents/ shipping line for booking and allotment of Container and ensure timely execution of orders as per Targeted Ship Windows Dates.
• Coordinating directly with the Export Buyer's & apprising them about progress & status of running orders, Shipment movement, transshipment particulars etc. on regular basis
• Coordinating with Sales/ Marketing team and providing full support for smooth execution of Sales Contract.

Export Documentation/ MIS

• Responsible of Handling Entire Pre & Post Shipment Export documentation as Per Buyer's Orders LC Terms, D/P, D.A and UCPDC Guidelines.
• Liaising with various Government & Regulatory Authorities (For e.g. Apeda, Phytosanitary Department & EIA) other External agencies like Inspection Agencies, Fumigation Agencies for Issuance of various Certificates required for export & ensure time clearances
• Checking and forwarding Final Post- shipment document set to finance dept. for onward submission to bank for purchase/negotiation of documents and also following up with finance dept. /bank for discrepancy if any in 1/C documents and tech,/ the same at earliest.
• Preparing and sending Airway Bill / Bill of Lading instruction to the Clearing Agent for shipments along with attaching documents to accompany the cargo as regarding to customer/country’ requirement.
• Monitoring and processing of CHA Bills, Freight Bills.
