- Establishing sales targets and ensuring they are met or exceeded.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the industrial/manufacturing and automotive sectors.
- Analyzing market trends and adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
- Leading and managing a team of sales professionals to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Organizing and overseeing promotional events in the automotive sector.
- Managing budgets and financial planning for the sales department.
- Reporting on sales performance and market trends to senior leadership.
- Get more and more OEM customers on boarded
The Successful Applicant
- Has a minimum of 15 years of overall experience in sales and marketing
- Is open to Aurangabad as a location
- Should come with experience selling to the automotive OEMs
