Job Description:
- Straightening and filling panels;
- Body Alignment jigs;
- Utilizing modern repair techniques;
- At least 2 years experience as a fully qualified panel technician;
- Proven experience in a similar role;
- Stripping and refitting trim and panel interior;
- Refitting new/repaired panels;
- Replacing and removing the whole body shell;
- Liaising daily with the Bodyshop Manager and/or Production Manager to optimize performance, meet deadlines and targets set;
- Carrying out timely, accurate repairs in accordance with estimates and insurance company requirements thereby maximizing labor sales in the Body shop;
- Adhering to the relevant Manufacturer / Insurer standards and requirements.
