Job Description:

Space Planning and Design:Developing floor plans, 3D visualizations, and mood boards to optimize space utilization and create a cohesive design concept.

Material and Finish Selection:Choosing furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials that align with the design vision and meet client requirements.

Project Management:Managing timelines, budgets, and procurement of materials, while coordinating with contractors, architects, and other specialists.

Construction Supervision:Overseeing the construction process to ensure the design is implemented accurately and efficiently.

Client Communication and Consultation:Understanding client needs, presenting design concepts, and providing ongoing updates and support throughout the project.

Compliance with Regulations:Ensuring all designs adhere to building codes, safety standards, and accessibility requirements.

Collaboration with Professionals:Working closely with architects, contractors, engineers, and other specialists to ensure seamless integration of design and construction.

Post-Construction Support:Conducting post-occupancy evaluations, addressing any issues, and providing ongoing support to clients
