Fabric Manager

Job Description:

• Sourcing and Procurement:

  Identifying and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and securing favorable pricing and terms. 

   
• Quality Control:

  Ensuring fabrics meet quality standards, specifications, and compliance with industry standards. 

   
• Order Management:

  Placing and managing fabric orders, including tracking deliveries and ensuring timely arrivals. 

   
• Inventory Management:

  Maintaining accurate records of fabric inventory, consumption, and delivery status. 

   
• Collaboration:

  Collaborating with design, production, and quality assurance teams to align fabric choices with product specifications and timelines. 

   
• Supplier Management:

  Building and maintaining strong relationships with fabric suppliers. 

   
• Market Analysis:

  Staying up-to-date with market trends, new materials, and industry advancements. 

   
• Performance Reporting:

  Analyzing and reporting on fabric sourcing performance metrics and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
