General Manager - Operations

Job Description:

We are looking for person having Working Experience in Delhi/NCR but stays at Chennai.Job Profile will be as follows:

1. Should have experience in setting up New Units, Making Factory Layouts, Selection of Machines, Line Planning.

2. Strategize the optimum utilization of capacity available within the organization.

3. Continuously monitor the operational efficiency and bring in improvements to enhance bottom line of the financials.

4. To bring in capable and potential talent in key functions so that the organization deliver its best.

5. To evaluate and assess talent across organization, identify training need and facilitate for growth and development of talent across organization.

6. To establish and review the Plant Performance matrix on regular basis and report the same to the Management from time to time.

7. To bring in best in class control on inventory so as for optimum utilization thereby achieving over goal of the organization.

8. To bring in best in class practices to motivate employees in the shop floor thereby producing best in quality products.

9. Responsible for overseeing the Factory operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service and cost.

10. Manage the Factory's Assets - People, plant and Machinery.

11. To ensure cross functional alignment between various departments so as to achieve the desired goals of the organization.

12. Assure the organization's mission programs products and services are consistently presented.

13. Responsible for the smooth running of the unit with effective cost control.

14. Responsible for delivering the goods on time with the expected quality requirements of the buyers.

15. Responsible for establishing clear and effective working relationship and clear communication.

16. Ensure the Plant is compliant to all set standards.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE DEEP KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCTION AND WORKING CULTURE OF DELHI/NCR,CAN HANDLE THE TEAM
