Job Description:

• Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations
• Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies Installation and configuration of local and network printers. Providing proper LAN network in computer laboratory
• Troubleshoot Network related issues, login and domain related issue.
• Responsible for providing support for HP (Desktop, Laptop) and Dell (Desktop, Laptop) Trouble Shooting for Ms Outlook related issue.
• Mailing Applications: MS outlook 2003, 2007,2010,2013,2016,2019 Network switch configuration and maintain
• Wi-Fi router and access point configure knowledge of firewall
• Installing and configuring windows 7,8,10,11
• Maintaining thc Company's IT network, servers and security systems.
• Ll level support and L2 level support for hardware and software and networking
• Knowledge networking DHCP, static IP and general networking protocol and ports Knowledge of storm shield firewall, managed, unmanaged switch and POE switch
• Knowledge of Microsoft Server 2008 and 2012 and Hyper-V Knowledge and experienced with Vlan setting and configuration .7, Administration of user accounts and optimize email hosting storage Company IT asset, inventory and software management
• Training guide, ORP, IT policy management and development Source and coordinate with vendor for IT equipment, services or solutions and maintenance if needed. Liaise with CCTV vendors for installation and troubleshooting if needed
