Job Description:
Electrical design engineers will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and products.
Some of their responsibilities include:
- System design: Developing system specifications and layouts
- Testing: Testing systems and making adjustments as needed
- Manufacturing support: Providing support throughout the manufacturing of the electrical systems they have designed
- Project management: Managing projects within budget and timelines
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with both national and international standards
- Documentation: Documenting every part of the design, development, and finalization processes of the system
- Problem-solving: Identifying and troubleshooting issues with electrical systems or equipment
- Technical documentation: Preparing technical reports and documentation
- Attention to detail: Being careful about all minor components
