Job Description:
  1. Maintaining relationship with existing customers and taping new customer from the market.
  2. Generating business from existing and new customers.
  3. Coordinating with colleagues and superiors to attain set targets.
  4. In charge of the product training for new staff and supporting them by visiting customer with them.
  5. Representing company and its products at exhibitions in all over India.
  6. Supporting distributors in term of product knowledge by visiting their re-sellers and giving them the understanding about the product usage and benefits.
  7. Promoting brand by using marketing probes as per the market demand.
  8. Carry out research on market, competitors and product pricing to remain competitive.
  9. Forecast plan, execute strategic action plan towards achieving company annual plan.
  10. Survey the market and identify potential clients.
  11. Consistently meet operational targets in term of volume, delivery and quality.
  12. Maintaining stock and supplies, Appointing Distributors.
  13. Review of sales target and planning.
  14. Attending trades exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
  15. Generating the new product for export avenues, customer’s feedback.
  16. Meeting With Clients virtually or during sales visits.
