Job Description:

Their duties and responsibilities include:
- Consulting with designers and clients to understand color needs and specifications for various fabrics
- Creating and developing dye formulas and recipes based on desired color effects
- Testing color swatches on different fabric types to ensure color accuracy and consistency
- Performing color matching tasks for existing textile products
- Maintaining accurate records of all dye formulas and color mixing procedures
- Ensuring the color fastness and durability of the fabric through various tests and treatments
- Coordinating with production teams to implement color formulas in large-scale fabric dyeing
- Staying updated with the latest trends in color and fashion, and suggesting innovative color ideas
- Adhering to safety and environmental regulations in the use and disposal of dyeing chemicals and materials
