Marketing Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Overall role: This role is responsible for the overall digital presence, digital campaigns of the company and the marketing, sales and promotional materials to support the sales process.

The roles and responsibilities

1. Manage Company digital presence includes but is not restricted to the Website( with the help of an agency), YouTube page, and Digital directories - like Indiamart.com etc.
2. Work with our vendor to make sure that the SEO is as desired
3. Manage our Google Ad words campaign
4. Create, maintain and follow a social marketing calendar – newsletters, WA campaigns, social media posts, blogs, website updates etc.
5. Work with our vendor and provide them with the required content for regular LinkedIn posts and blogs as per the marketing calendar.
6. Create content and put up blog posts.
7. Work with our content design vendors to create and update Marketing Collateral Material like company profiles, leaflets, brochures, videos, images for product promotion, case studies etc.
8. Design and create marketing collaterals needed for events.
9. Work with our animation vendor to create product videos by providing storyboard, and relevant images and coordinating the process till completion.
10. Design newsletters and run email and WhatsApp campaigns.

Educational qualification required: any undergraduate degree. Important to have an interest and aptitude for technical/engineering products.

Skills required:

⁃ Understanding of how digital marketing works
⁃ Writing/content creation expertise
⁃ Basic knowledge of Graphic design would be a plus
⁃ Excellent written English
⁃ Ability to follow through and take tasks to completion
⁃ Ability to work in a team
⁃ Self-driven
