Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Perform chemical, physical, and microbiological analysis of food samples
- Conduct quality control tests to ensure product consistency and safety
- Interpret test results and prepare detailed reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any quality issues
- Stay updated with industry regulations and standards
- Maintain accurate records of all tests and analyses
Aware about ISO : 17025
Qualifications:
- Master’s Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of food testing methods and procedures
- Familiarity with quality control standards and regulations
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Ability to face various audits like NABL, BIS & other related to the department.
