Job Description:

 Preparing, Checking & Filling GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B on Monthly basis before due date.
 Reconciliation of GSTR-2A vs GSTR-3B quarterly for accuracy of Input GST.
 Preparing, Checking & Posting MIRO, JV and other GL entries
 Must be knowledge of SAP (HANA).
 Upload GL Entries & Payment Entries in SAP.
 Vendor Reconciliation & GL Reconciliation in regular period of interval.
 Physical verification of RM, PM & FG according to SAP with stores team coordination.
 Preparing & send payment advice to HO for make vendor payment with verification of Bank details of vendor.
 Posting of Payment entries in SAP after payment clearance received from HO accounts team.
 Preparing Debit Note, Credit note against sales Invoice from SAP.
 Preparing Credit Note & Debit note manually against any short/Excess received of material with informing to concern purchase person.
 PO against Invoice Checking
 Checking & Post petty cash transactions, MIRO transaction, JV transactions which is entering by assistant.
 Deem Export Refund Claim.
 GST Annual Return Preparing.
 Prepare statement for TDS payment.
 CWIP Working for Capitalization.
 Must be knowledge in Import- Export
 Completion of query of Internal Auditors timely.
